SHE WHO WILL NOT BE NAMED
Michael: So Vincent, have you ...Have you heard of the concept of ... of self- sabotage ?
Vincent: No, Is that... Is that a sexual thing or...?
Michael: Well , it can be. It can be. It's a...its sort of ... in a sexual context...It's ... it can ... it manifests itself in, you know, it's sort of , you know , its like a , you know. If you ...you know , if you , you know , without wanting to be too explicit , you know , if you if you if you think about an orgasm too much it goes away. Like, for example, like without warning.
Vincent: What?
Michael: That's just one example. You know I can... I can think of others.
Vincent: Okay. No, no , I've never , I've never self-sabotaged myself in that way. Well?
Michael: Well, it sounds to me like, like , you know , you bringing the bigger portion of the lasagna to your partner is an example of self- sabotage. You know, clearly, because , you know , then then, you know , you feel anxious about your partner having the bigger portion of, you know , your, your , your dead mum's... Sorry , I'm sorry . Of , of lasagna that , you know, you feel very, you know, very strong and then youhave this anxiety about , you know , you know , and you keep brining it up , you know, this , you know its happened , you know , over and over again , obvioulsy. And i suspect this is not the second time its happened because, you know , its something that preys on your mind by the sound of things.
Vincent: Yea. Well , so what am I supposed to do? Not do that?
Michael: well.
Vincent: Well, that would ... that would be simple. A simple... I mean not ... Not brining a bigger portion.
Michael: Well, having... having even portions could be one solution.
